District 20: Scott Murphy vs Chris Gibson
Poll shows Chris Gibson far behind Republican Scott Murphy, this is no more a “toss-up” election as predicted two weeks ago but now more lean Republican.
Murphy is better known, with a stronger favorability rating than Gibson, and voters say Murphy will represent them better on the issues, according to a Siena (College) Research Institute poll of likely voters released today.”(northcountrypublicradio.org) Also, this source reveals that “Voters in NY-20 still support President Barack Obama's stimulus package by wide margins”, whereas they will vote for a Republican.
